UI Designer

Rentokil Initial | Sept 2022 - Date

Owned and managed the complete Product Design lifecycle of a major app (B2C), integrating design systems from two merging companies, which resulted in an 80% reduction in customer workload. Planned for pilot launch in Florida for 2024, then further nationwide adoption, marking a milestone in their digital transformation.
Utilise agile methodologies to drive the design process, from conceptualisation through wire-framing, rapid prototyping, and final implementation, ensuring a user-centred approach at every stage.
Perform quality assurance (QA) to guarantee "pixel-perfect" and detailed designs for each iteration, contributing to a flawless user experience.

UI/UX Designer

Tens of London Ltd [Contract] | May 2022 - July 2022

Led the design initiative for their HealthTech web application, leveraging Figma to develop user-centric designs, and solicited user feedback to inform continuous improvement and adaptation, fostering an iterative design process.
Championed the maintenance and evolution of design systems, guaranteeing consistency and operational efficiency within design workflows.
Drove process enhancements that streamlined design workflows and significantly increased design efficiency, resulting in accelerated project timelines and greater productivity.

UI/UX Artist

Play Morgan Studios [Contract] | April 2022 - May 2022

Collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams, including art, design, and tech, to drive the development, implementation, and enhancement of the user interface for their mobile game launch on iOS and Android platforms.
Translated the project's creative vision into captivating and user-friendly interface designs while navigating the technical constraints of the Unity engine.
Assumed responsibility for the in-game UI implementation, meticulous asset management, and optimisation to ensure peak performance for their shipped title, ‘Fluency Runner’, an EduTech language learning game.
Conducted extensive research to propose artistic styles for the UI that resonated with the project's genre and target audience, meticulously focusing on composition, colour palette, and rendering techniques.

Evaluated their SaaS and B2B products, identifying design shortcomings through market and trend analysis.
Harnessed a wide array of design software and tools, including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Webflow, to create high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and visual assets.
Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to create a seamless user experience that aligns with the company's’ brand identity and business objectives.
